According to report Arsenal have brought back to life their interest in Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar.
To a great extent Arsenal have been linked with the 22-year-old in current transfer windows, but in the end unwilling to meet Lyon's tag price of £55m.
Meanwhile, the Ligue 1 giant have been pressure to cut that price tag after fall-out on Champions League qualification last season, that imply that Aouar could now be sold for £20m.
According to Metro state that Arsenal have re-start their chase of Aouar as a lead, with Mikel Arteta eager to support his midfield ranks this summer.
Martin Odegaard and Dani Ceballos have both returned to parent club Real Madrid after seeing their loan spells end, while Granit Xhaka, Lucas Torreira, Matteo Guendouzi and Joe Willock have all been linked with permanent moves away from the club.
The report further state that Arsenal will look to sweet-talk Aouar to the club with a deal worth £100,000 a week.
Aouar has played 170 matches for Lyon's first team in total, scoring 32 goals and creating 31 more.
