SPOKANE, Wash. - The first winter storm of the season is blowing and power outages are increasing. With winds of 60mph expected late Friday, those living in the area should be prepared for disturbances.
While crews worked their hardest during the day to restore power caused by Thursday night's snow, the number of blackouts increased again due to strong winds.
